9 Bedrooms • 10 Bathrooms 10 Baths • Sleeps 20-30Del Mar PV Estate is the whole compound: the Hacienda and Condos 1–4, stepped down the cliff to the ocean, with floor-to-ceiling glass and ocean views from every bedroom, kitchen and living room.
Your stay includes our villa team: a private chef, kitchen assistant, bartender/server, daily housekeeping (except Sundays), maintenance and a dedicated concierge. The team is with you about eight hours a day (about four on arrival and departure days).
• Meal service: snacks and a welcome meal on arrival day; breakfast and lunch on full days, with snacks and drinks in between; breakfast on departure day.
• Dinner service can be added to any day for $195 USD (24 hours' notice).
Where you'll sleep (up to 30 guests included)
• The Hacienda: two king suites with en-suite bathrooms and a long ocean-view room with three queen beds and its own bathroom; private heated pool at the water's edge; rooftop party terrace with a full bathroom.
• Condo 1: an ocean-view studio with a king bed, kitchenette and terrace — the highest unit, with the best view of Los Arcos and the whole bay.
• Condo 2: two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen and a huge ocean terrace.
• Condo 3: two bedrooms (a king and two queens), two bathrooms, full kitchen and a huge terrace.
• Condo 4: one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed, full kitchen and a huge terrace.
• Luxury queen air mattresses for larger groups.
Pools and outdoor spaces
• The Hacienda's private heated pool by the water.
• The upper pool with a water slide, just below Condo 1.
• An event area and the Hacienda rooftop terrace for celebrations.
• Stairs down to the rocky beach for snorkeling and fishing.
Good to know: the compound is built into the cliff, so there are stairs everywhere — from the parking area it's 16 steps to Condo 1, 77 to Condo 2, 94 to Condo 3, 111 to Condo 4, 137 to the Hacienda, and about 215–234 to the beach.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 29 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven and fifty hundredths percent (47.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
