Del Mar PV sits on a cliff above the ocean. From the parking area it is 111 steps down to the condo, by stairs. Please pack in bags you can carry on stairs. If you have a question about access, message us before you book. The rocky beach is about 215–234 steps down.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 29 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven and fifty hundredths percent (47.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
